Jennifer Beck-Wilson is Chief of Staff for the National Institute for School Leadership. In that role, she is the principal aide to, and strategic thought partner for the Chief Executive Officer. Jennifer provides executive support by driving communication, collaboration, and alignment of strategic priorities to accomplish the goals of the NISL program. She is involved in either directing or supporting all projects that are viewed as critical to the success of the organization as a whole. In addition, she is the Project Director for NISL’s Investing in Innovation grant: Principals on the Path to Excellence. She is responsible for the successful implementation of this $12 million award involving validating NISL’s Executive Development Program (EDP) in Mississippi, Florida, and California. Jennifer holds a BA in International Relations from American University, and an M.Ed. from the University of Virginia. She also holds a certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown University.
